Lazy Mondays…
Nothing quite as nice as being able to do nothing all day - and not regret it. Today started off not so great - one of the not so brilliant days that my doctor warned me about. But after a shower, I was doing better.
Some Stargate SG-1 later, I dove in to Royal Assassin (book 2 of the Farseer Trilogy by Robin Hobb), and read it for around 6 hours!
And while the book is a singuarly brilliant part of a wonderful trilogy - my day brightened up even more with a call from Annette. Tim’s attempts at interfering aside, we’re having coffee in the city tomorrow. No, don’t go reading a whole lot in to that - as much as my mind has been trying to do all night - … or whatever! Life is confusing for me at the best of times!
