Hey Josh, u’re an ass…

And so went the sms I received from Tim today… why am I an ass? Because a 15 year old girl takes jests far too much to heart, and decides to try and play me off against my friends. Wonderful fun - but not really my concern. From now on, I’ll just try and be nicer.

And as Tim heads off in to Hawthorn endeavoring to restart his tertiary education - I sit here doing housework. It’s a weird life - but one that suits me just fine. My discipline met with a strong foe this morning - that being exhaustion - and I didn’t make it up until 1pm. Bah! Tomorrow will be different - I’m going to make sure of it!

The weekend was not excatly exciting - hence my delay in writing about it. That, and my computer just wasn’t on and I couldn’t be bothered rectifying that matter. Australia Day you know about. Saturday, I slept in again, read and tidied up around the house a bit, and then went Tim came and got me, before Rhyce and Bek and Dani, and we - along with many others - watched movies at Tim’s house. Constantine and Master and Commander occupied us - before everybody dissapeared, leaving me to tidy up and wait for Tim to return. Of course, that meant I was able to watch the 07 US Ice Figure Skating Championships on Foxtel which were absolutely amazing, so I didn’t mind too much.

Sunday was boring. Slept in again - a trait I need to kick - and then watched Patriots v. Colts all afternoon. A great game to watch - despite my Patriots failing to make it to their 4th Superbowl in 6 years. Then Church - where I managed to chat to Matt about Baptism, and whether it would be ok for me to be baptised despite my earlier Presbyterian Baptism at 13. Service was good as we got to listen to stories from those who had been doing one mission or another over the past several months.

Went home though - instead of doing anything afterwards - despite being one of the last few to leave the building. A pork chop and my book occupied me until 1am, whence I hit the sack.

All that to say that it was a boring weekend. I leave you with a picture of my gorgeous baby!
