*phew*

I tell you what - my life is nowhere near as boring and lazy as some may expect… It’s just hitting 7am here, and I’ve been working since 3am, reading and writing and emailing and more writing and more reading and… lol! Lots of fun mind you, don’t get me wrong, but nevertheless, my mind is a bit spent. This isn’t the mindless repetitive work that most of you will be used to either, my mind is continually moving and I don’t get to rest in to a mindless task. That’s what WoW is for… :) Mind you, coming soon, my new site… a WoW journal.

Owen, if your reading this, you’re CD is ready to pick up whenever you want! ie, anytime between 8pm and 10am.

Hmmm… just ‘Stumbled’ over a great site… goes through the science using layman’s terms of a black hole… very intriguing flash presentation, with clickables and pretty moving pictures. Check it out here.

Not much else to say really… my life is pretty much centered around my work, and my WoW-ing, but I enjoy it… Here’s some shameless self promotion though, hope you enjoy. Thanks to my mum, who is keeping up to date with me through my blogs and commenting on my writing over at MyWritingVoice.com - I really appreciate it.

Oh, before I do the shameless self promotion, go check out the latest episode of Jawbone Radio. It is a brilliant podcast, and the latest episode showed me that I’m not alone in keeping my friends and family informed simply through my blog. Check it out here.

just a comment re the sleeping patterns. That is all fine if you work from home. For those of us on shift work - when I finish work at 11pm or 12 or 1 or 2am I then NEED to get some sleep so I can work the next day and the next. They have also found that people working ’shift work’ = that is away from the home have greater problems than the 9-5 regular shifts because of the change in biorythms. It is also known that those that work night duty for long periods can have a low vitamin D.
“I sleep when I get tired. So one night it might be 2am, the next 4, and the next it could be 8am. There is no regularity to it, and I like it that way. It means I wake up refreshed, and go to sleep when I’m tired. I get plenty of exercise, and I eat right”
I don’t have the flexibility in my work to be able to do as you think is the ‘right way’ and I need to work. But as you say for some its ok, particularly as your work and income are flexible but thats not the majority of us.
