my life in photos
It’s true I am a bit of a fan of the camera… however, I prefer to stick my camera in front of inanimate objects rather than peoples faces… it seems a little more humane, kinda like not gawking at the caged midgets at the circus (no, I’ve never been to a circus… but I assume that there are caged midgets… right?). So as a result, I take photos of stuff around me…
Take last night for example, I have two photos for you that came from our trip to Switch, a restaraunt and bar at Knox. A whole troupe of us trooped (lol) over there, sat ourselves down, and promptly made the best nuisance of ourselves as we could manage. It was a good time, and I had a good chat to Jess (Hi Jess!) and Meagz (Hi Mum!).
This is Jess’s cup of Hot Chocolate… I took the photo, much to her surprise, because it looks really cool. They’ve layered the drink, which I know is somewhat hard to see on the yucky phone photo, but you can see the three layers of color there pretty ok. It struck me as a cool-ness!
The next photo is thanks to Greg’s boredom, and a copious amount of used and unused cutlery adorning the table.
This is the most viewer friendly version, shoulda seen what Jess did to it next… and what Laura had already done to it…
My favorite, which came not from last night, but from the previous weeks trip to Harry Potter (the new movie), and was taken of one of the information tv thingies that make their appearance known throughout shopping centers. Normally displaying information about the shopping center or loud advertisements, I found this rather amusing.
It is this reason why I take photos…
