Lazy Sunday
Here I am, dressed up snug as the preverbal bug, reading all day! I watched Stargate Atlantis most of yesterday, and today I’m reading Obernewtyn, by Isobelle Carmody - Meagz gave it too me. It’s an oddly unique and compelling book, despite primarily (I think) being written for teenagers! Nevertheless, it is a good book, and I am afraid that it is going to leave me on a cliffhanger at the end of it, so that I will be forced to go buy subsequent books.
Up to 40 podcasts now, including some video ones… sometime soon I’ll have to cull them down to 30 or something, but for now, it’s a lot of fun!
I’ve found it interesting how I personally have very much turned out to be the poster child for what will most definitely be the future of media, both audio and visual. Apart from about 5 shows - including two cartoons - which I get from the TV, there is very little television in my life! Most of my content is through podcasts or words, with those few tele shows making up the rest.
I’ve always been an early adopter, but I still feel we’re 5 years away from the full evolutionary step in to internet media that is the only future of the industry.

:O I CANNOT believe you haven’t read Obernewtyn before!!! Haven’t I told you about it? It’s only the book I tell everyone about!!! ARGH! Anyways, I have the next two when you want them, the fourth I don’t own…but the next one’s coming out soon! YAY!!!
