how I work through research/a study/an article

I’m not sure if anyone wants to know this, but I thought I would share an image of just how it is I work through a particularly difficult or scientific source. I use a Firefox plugin called Highlighter, which allows me to set 6 different colors, and highlight certain sections of text as I would see fit. As you’ll see below, it helps me cut the source information in to relevant sections.

Click on it for a larger display, but even from here you can see the different sections I have highlighted. I don’t always even highlight entire sentences, and using a white-on-white highlighter, I can even remove pieces of text that are in the way. It works really well, and is really useful! I highly recommend it.

I file this one away somewhere in my head for when I’m writing papers again. :) Thanks Josh!
