Buzz Town Parliament
Well, it was always going to happen, the moment that Larry threw his hat in the ring. Call after call no doubt flooded the Buzz Out Loud offices, from nobodies who wanted to get in on the “Mayor of Buzz Town” joke. It is the way the world works; they think they’re cool, clever, etc. It’s the same with the “*knock-knock* Oh… hang on, there’s someone at the door…” joke that far too many BOL users have attempted.
So I am not running for Mayor of Buzz Town. However, I am backing Frank L, the Trademark Patent Attorney.
He made a committed pledge, via email, providing more than just empty offers of “bacon” or … whatever the other guys was!
And, there’s brandy!
So Frank L, I hearby pledge my support to your campaign for Mayor of Buzz Town. And, as a long time listener myself, going back in to the early 300’s, maybe even back in to the 200’s (I’ve forgotten), I believe my support will bring others to your cause!
*Update* I have now been appointed deputy leader of the Textualist Party, and I hereby pledge my vote, my support, and a royal loon to the cause.

I see you’ve already committed yourself to be part of parliament once we get it up and running. You’ll be a great addition to making our fictional town run as awesome as possible. By all means, if you’d like to be the Deputy Mayoral candidate, “The Textualist Party” could certainly use you.
I’m with you that this joke is a little…out of hand, but that’s the way we like it, right?
And seriously, Brandy? How could you NOT vote for me ;)
